1. Introduction; At Space to grow, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
2. Refund PolicyTraining Programs: Due to the digital nature of our training programs, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as a technical issue that cannot be resolved.
Merchandise and Equipment: If you are not satisfied with a physical product you have purchased, you may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
3. Return ProcessInitiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@spacetogrw.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Cancellation PolicyOrder Cancellation: You may cancel your order for physical products before it has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process described above.Subscription Services: If you have subscribed to any of our ongoing services, you may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@spacetogrw.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent billing cycle.
