We are Space to Grow, a dynamic company based in Stockholm, specializing in both online and in-person training. We offer personal training, corporate and group training, as well as training for sports teams and athletes.

Our vision is to help people move better, pain-free, and more athletically. We strive to create the most optimal training for each individual and make training simple, understandable, and inspiring. Our slogan is to train for an active lifestyle.

Our Values
Our training is based on natural movements such as walking, running, jumping, throwing, and fighting. With deep knowledge of fascia, we create training programs that make you stronger for both everyday life and the sports arena.

What Sets Us Apart
We combine natural movements with traditional gym training. We integrate the whole body into our movements instead of isolating muscles. Our online training is unique, and we consider the whole picture – muscles, tendons, joints, and fascia. Our experience in various sports and our constant drive for improvement make us unique.
